Nashville
In 1994 Pastor Powell began ministering in Nashville, TN. Pastor Powell received the Word of God and accepted JESUS CHRIST as his Savior under the teaching of our General Overseer and Founder Bishop W.C. Hunter. Like many of the other satellite ministers Pastor Powell left Chattanooga with Bishop Hunter's blessing and with the same message, proclaiming the Gospel of JESUS Christ, The World's Only Hope.
For about a year he traveled from Chattanooga to Nashville, TN every weekend to deliver God's message. Service was first held in the homes of the members. Once moving to Nashville, Pastor Powell continued to preach the Word of God in a local barbershop. Pastor Powell also ministered to young men in the prison system for several years.
A few years later a building was located on Buchanan Street, where the church is currently located. This October the church will celebrate its 14th church anniversary.
